For about 2 years I've been training at UCS Carlson Gracie Claremont. I initially came in to be trained in boxing, Muay Thai and kickboxing. However professor Jamar pushed me to try training in Jiujitsu as well. Super happy that he did, The team here is all like family and welcomes anyone. I quickly grew a lot of friends and in my short time of training a few times a week I earned 2 stripes on my white belt. If you really want to learn from one of the best professors around I encourage you to come join the team. My overall fitness endurance has increased tremendously since joining.

Jamar is a great instructor, and he will make you good at whatever sport you choose. Thanks to Jamar (the coach) and the team, I just won my first BJJ tournament. The classes are also good for general fitness and weight loss. Everyone who trains there is super friendly, and they make training fun.
