The last few months I've been going. The place is filthy no one cleans the bathrooms. The floors are full of dust and hait seems like nobody cares about cleaning this Store. I'm surprised management doesn't take care or do something about It. Maybe that's the problem management are lack there of. I take my dog there for training classes. I really like the trainer she's awesome but there's so much c*** on the floor that my dog should not be licking that's that's. My main concern. Is what is my dog gonna get into because the floors are filthy. A very concern customer. The bathrooms are even worse.


I took my cut baby niner, when I got her hair was still falling out and she didn't even smell like she had a bath! Can't prove it. But don't take your pets there go to redlands you can actually tell they groomed your babies. Arlene is wonderful ask for her, she's so loving my pet enjoys her.


I ordered a couple items for a last minute trip for my dog that needed to be here by 5pm today. I got same day shipping and they said it would be here by 4pm today. Never showed up. I called and they said “oh it will be there by 9pm” they said it will be getting delivered the next day instead. Absolutely ridiculous never ordering from here again. Asked for a refund and they were trying to get me to rethink my decision. Now I’m delaying a trip by a day because of their actions this is completely ridiculous. Spoke to three different people and each person told me a different thing


$240 per year is twice as much as my Costco membership and I shop there more than at Petco. Made if you lowered the monthly membership. Disappointed in your new path.

Don’t take your pet to this place!!!. I make a appointment for mi dog for a bath and nail trim at 10am and they took 4 hours to do that. They just put your pet in a cage until they have time to work on them. Why do they take appointments if you just going to cage the animal for hours. Not happy at all with this place l.
