ALL children benefit from classes and participation at Inland Empire Gymnastics Academy, but gymnastics lessons are not just about becoming a great gymnast, and many of the benefits gained from gymnastics are actually NOT related to gymnastics skills. Benefits include coordination and flexibility, improved concentration, social skills development, discipline, confidence, self-esteem, courage, good manners, listening skills, and so much more. We have detailed below some of the benefits that flow directly from participating in our programs.

At IEGA the gymnastics skills are broken down into small steps. As your child takes these steps and learns the skills, they develop confidence in their abilities. They learn how to learn and achieve, and this self-confidence carries over into their schoolwork and other sports.

This is perhaps the most overlooked lesson that children learn in gymnastics. Our students “perform” in front of others all the time. They are taught that performance is simply part of life, and work to build up their confidence in their ability to do their best when others are watching. Our students are often the first to volunteer to go first and to demonstrate in front of the class. Public speaking? How hard can it be after performing time and time again all by yourself on a balance beam or on a bar?

Especially for our Tumble Kids, gymnastics provides a once a week opportunity to learn about social skills such as listening, taking turns, following directions, working independently, being quiet, respecting others, and so much more. Our coaches work hard to build these social skills because they are so important for our preschool and kindergarten age students, and will make school-life that much easier.

I go here for Brazilian jiu jitsu and kickboxing. The grappling instruction by Franklin Aguirre is some of the best I’ve experienced (and I’ve trained all over the world). The man is a wizard with a laboratory of techniques that I’ve never seen before.Jay is the kickboxing coach and his attention to detail and ability to tailor his instruction to each person’s needs is second to none.All in all, this is an awesome gym. I recommend it to anyone who is looking to study martial arts and get in shape.

Aguirre fighting system is an awesome place to train. Come in and check out what they have for you . They have something for everyone. Afs is on the cutting edge of BJJ, Sambo, and Carch as can Catch wrestling.

I have gone here for almost 4 years. It is a great workout and the community here is awesome. Everyone is friends and get together so well. The coaches teach so well and help you out if you need anything. They have many classes that usually fit to most schedules. This place only gets better with more people to train with. Definitely come check the gym out, its an awesome experience and environment. If you are possibly thinking about fighting or even just looking to have experience this is the right place. Franklin is the best trainer in the I.E. hands down. I've been training with him for a while and he seems to know what you're going to do before you do it. He is very friendly and professional. I love this gym! The coaches are talented and provide great support for my daughter during her gym session. The previous gym we attended provide little engagement during the gym session. This gym is great as they teach posture and correct forum, which is incredibly important in the first stages of working out. I especially love seeing the front staff ladies. Amy and Amanda are always so helpful with any class makeups I need to schedule.

Fitness Camps are from 8:00am-2:00pm. We will be playing games and sports, doing crafts and science experiments, climbing the rope, jumping in the foam pit, bouncing on the trampoline, doing gymnastics lessons, climbing the tree house, building amazing forts, and LOTS more! Campers will need to bring a sack lunch and 1 snack.


Open to ages 3 (MUST be fully potty trained) to 12 years old.
