I called ahead and asked if they'd be able to replace it for my 2014 Chevy Cruze, and they said they could do it same day and gave me the exact price (which was a really reasonable one) over the phone. Took the car in right after work on a Monday, and was told it would take about 2 hours (done at 5 pm). Every staff member I interacted with was very personable and communicated well. They called me at almost exactly 5 pm and I got my car. Super simple, straightforward, upfront. I was so happy! Cost exactly what they told me and took precisely as long as they promised.
