Bryan became an apprentice Ironworker in 1996, advancing to journeyman status with the International Ironworkers Union, and then on to foreman, and now as Director of Field Operations. As Director of Field Operations, Bryan is responsible for all aspects of field construction from safety to detailing to installation of reinforcing steel.

He also actively works with customers throughout southern California focusing on subterranean and vertical construction projects. Of note, he led the estimating and sales effort on the largest tower project in Los Angeles history, a 72 story office and residential tower.

David Perkins is the Executive Vice-President and General Counsel of Pacific Steel Group. In this role, he is responsible for all legal issues, safety and has involvement with insurance and surety relations. David practiced law for approximately 20 years, most recently a member of Procopio’s Construction Practice Group. From 2005 through 2014, David was a construction executive with one the largest reinforcing steel subcontractors in the United States.
