“It’s not often one can witness first-hand a country invaded and at war.

Recently 5 members of Hands On Global, a medical team, delivered 24 suitcases of much-needed, trauma limb-saving equipment and supplies to Ukraine.

The team decided it was imperative to not just witness but to share what we learned, what we heard, and what we felt.

Part of our commitment to the people we met, was to share their stories. This presentation in part is about their stories! It is also a chance to reflect on what it means to have your democracy in peril.” — Tama Adelman
