Our original purpose of expanding the education and career opportunities for youth and assisting them in becoming contributing citizens in our community still drives what we do today, however we have expanded our services to include adults. COMPACT is committed to providing innovative academic support, leadership development, workforce development, prevention/intervention, health and wellness programs that gets us closer to achieving our vision of having safe communities comprised of contributing, healthy, educated, and empowered individuals.

As a community based organization with many years of experience servicing and assessing the needs of our local communities, we have provide a variety of services in our 5 program areas of focus: Academic Support, Health & Wellness, Leadership Development, Prevention & Intervention, and Workforce Development. To achieve our goal of improving communities, our programs service both youth and adults.

We encourage our youth and community members to take an active role in the community by engaging in civic, cultural, and service learning activities within our community and beyond. Our programs offered empower both our youth and adults to prepare them for active participation in a variety of capacities.

We offer various service geared toward the prevention and intervention of violence. These services are a second chance opportunity for young offenders.

- Afterschool and transportation fees are paid in month increments based on the number of service days in the month. Fees must be paid in advance.

- Afterschool program fees are for kids who are in the walking program or who get to the Club through other means (parents, district buses, etc.)

Child Welfare Services (CWS) is committed to excellence in the delivery of culturally competent, family-centered and child-focused protective services. CWS investigates reports of suspected child abuse and neglect and intervenes with families who do not meet the minimum community standards of health and safety as required by law. Investigations are conducted in a thorough and professional manner. Family interventions are completed in the least intrusive manner necessary for the protection of the child. In addition to these services, CWS administers the following: Polinsky Children’s Center, a 24-hour facility for the temporary emergency shelter of children; San Pasqual Academy, a first-in-the-nation residential education campus for adolescent foster youth; foster care eligibility and licensing; group home placement services for foster youth with emotional and behavioral issues; services to emancipating foster youth; adoptive home assessments and placements; and critical support services to regional operations.
