Our original purpose of expanding the education and career opportunities for youth and assisting them in becoming contributing citizens in our community still drives what we do today, however we have expanded our services to include adults. COMPACT is committed to providing innovative academic support, leadership development, workforce development, prevention/intervention, health and wellness programs that gets us closer to achieving our vision of having safe communities comprised of contributing, healthy, educated, and empowered individuals.

As a community based organization with many years of experience servicing and assessing the needs of our local communities, we have provide a variety of services in our 5 program areas of focus: Academic Support, Health & Wellness, Leadership Development, Prevention & Intervention, and Workforce Development. To achieve our goal of improving communities, our programs service both youth and adults.

Our programs offered empower both our youth and adults to prepare them for active participation in a variety of capacities.

We offer various service geared toward the prevention and intervention of violence. These services are a second chance opportunity for young offenders.

With that taken into account, we’ve designed our programs to provide personal care for every individual's unique situation.

Our programs include a variety of services including Food and Essentials, Employment Support, Housing Assistance, Substance-Use Treatment, and Emergency Outreach. Our staff guides each program member throughout the process of applying for government benefits, grants, and other resources.

4worldlovers: Our mission is to educate and foster healing and greater self awareness by:

Caring for, and training with, our family of horses who have an empathetic gift for healing humans, through both our Volunteer Caregiver Program and our Horse Interaction Program.

Partnering horses with humans to heal our U.S. military personnel who are reintegrating back into their civilian lives and who may also be diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Traumatic Brain Injury, through our Equine Assisted Experiential Health Therapy (EAT) programs. Our EAT programs also include couples and/or family sessions for military families to address family based issues which have arisen since their loved ones have returned from overseas duty.

Educating the general public on the interactive mirroring that takes place naturally between horses and humans, through our equine based programs as well as our website and blogging efforts.
