New Guest Parking Rules 04/01/23: If a car is parked in a GUEST spot, it must have a parking pass hanging from the rear view mirror. Per the recently updated parking rules, cars will not be allowed to remain in the same spot for more than 72 hours without moving.

Parking passes can be picked up at the Elite Mgmt offices. Replacement fee of $5.00 for lost parking passes.

I usually do not write reviews, but I thought of writing something about my experience living here for almost 5 years. Management and maintenance have done a great job when I needed them. For example, when my microwave broke down, it got replaced the next Day! Rent is decent, compared to other apartments. We used to have a problem with parking in the past, but management took care of it. Now I find parking space whenever I get home.....
