Our unique "Zen Den" Doggy Daycare caters to the smaller dogs who like to socialize and play, but not always in "high-gear" the entire day! This is NOT the place for high energy dogs who need to "just burn off energy".

Instead, we cater specifically to smaller dogs who would prefer a more "Zen" setting to chill and socially interact with other dogs of the same size.

Horses now easily live into their 30's and the decision that go along with having an older horse is a long term commitment. Existing commercial boarding operations may not be attuned to a senior horse's needs. Solution:

Nestled in the quiet west Escondido area of Eden Valley/Harmony Grove, Huston Ranch is a private equestrian property which accepts a limited number of Retired or "Non-Riders"... that's all we do! We provide elder care basics for your pet horse including: DAILY turnout, good nutrition - fed 3X per day, congenial social arrangements, and attentive care so your old-timer remains physically comfortable and healthy and emotionally content.

We are not a corporation chain, nor are we a kennel.

With overnight stays in your home, we care for your pets just as you do...and even spend the night with them! We can customize our visits to your specific requests to fit your pet's needs! Since 2003, we have been pet care specialists providing loving care in a professional and reliable manner. We go above and beyond to ensure every dog in our care is kept safe. Dogs play with their teeth, nails, and at times are very "ruff". All pets in our care are covered by our Premium Pet Insurance*. Hounds To Horses will cover up to $1,000 per incident of vet bills for one year.
