I broke my serger the first time I sat down to do my Christmas sewing for this year. I didn’t even know of a reputable sewing machine repair shop near me, so I checked out what could be found on Yelp, & I was surprised to find so many. I started to look for someone really close to where I am, then I started reading reviews. The reviews for “Affordable Sewing Machine Repair” went through the roof! I immediately called for an appointment. I got one for the very next day. Ed & his wife are such friendly people, & they said that if it wasn’t ready by the next day, it would be ready the day after. My bobbin assembly fell out of my machine and I called for a quote. they said to bring it by and they will take a look. The gentleman looked at my machine right then and there and fixed it while I watched! He explained everything to me while putting it back together. The clamps had slipped off the bobbin assembly is all that was wrong with it! He didn't charge me for it, who does that any more. Excellent customer service:) I will definitely take it back if something other than the clamp slipping off happens to my machine. Awesome people awesome business. Thank you for your kindness:)
