Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class to sign in waiver and to notify the instructor of any injuries or modifications needed to improve your experience.

Please wear comfortable work out clothes. Grip socks are required to be worn during sessions for your safety and hygiene (we sell them if you don’t have any…) There is one bathroom and one changing room on premises.


Please be aware that instructors use tactile cues in adjustments to help the clients to get a better alignment; if you are NOT comfortable being touched for corrections, please let the instructor know before the class starts.

This is a class for new clients or clients that already know that want to learn and review the fundamentals of Pilates and the principals of pilates . Focus on stabilization, Balance and control of the full body and therapeutic approach.

This is a 30 min express stretch class Mix levels using the reformer and tower. Good class to combine before or after a regular pilates class.

Pilates Stretch with PROPS- This class is a mixed level with focus on creating length, flexibility, and mobility of the body which in turn increases blood flow and a body mind connection. This is the perfect class for relaxation at a slower pace, with slower music and low lights . Instructor will be using props such as Foam rollers, magic circles, tennis balls, stretch bands and balls. This class happens on the reformer/tower as well.

Reformer/Tower/Chair Level 3 is an advance level class which targets core stabilization, dynamic functional strengthening movements as well as precision of muscle coordination. Level 3 involves more balance exercises, coordination and a faster pace. This class is perfect for clients with more than 1 year of experience in Pilates and is not recommended for clients with physical limitations.

Reformer/Tower/Chair Level 2- An intermediate level class, this class also focuses on core and strengthening with the addition of coordination exercises. It also involves a faster pace of movements. Reformer Cardio Express - This class is an intermediate/advance level full body work out focused on heart rate and stamina; a great class for those who have Level 2 and/or Level 3 experience in Pilates as well as those who are in good fitness condition.

Reformer Pilates Stretch - This class is mixed level 1/2 with focus on creating length, flexibility, and mobility of the body which in turn increases blood flow and a body mind connection. This is the perfect class for beginner client at a slower pace. This class does work on the reformer and tower, regular pilates exercises are present to create strength on the muscles.

Reformer Pilates Stretch 2/3 is a stronger stretch class for clients that want to work on improving their flexibility and alignment of their body while doing a pilates class using the tower and the reformer . Not recommended to beginners.

Reformer/Tower Mixed Levels 1/2-This class is a mixed level class which focuses on movement with continuity and control. It is conducted at a medium pace. Levels 1 and 2 welcome .
