4worldlovers: Zoroastrian Association of California (ZAC) was established in 1974 and this Southern California community encompasses an area over 150 miles from Calabasas to San Diego. This community is predominantly made up of Parsi/Irani whose background is linked to the Indian sub-continent. We are the followers of the prophet Zarathustra and are eager to promote the religious, social, and cultural aspects of the Zoroastrian faith. From our humble beginnings of meeting in peoples’ homes, ZAC is now fortunate to have our own Center and an Atash Kadeh where local Mobeds (priests) conduct religious services, ceremonies, and rituals.


We also have numerous dedicated individuals who serve on the executive board and various committees (i.e. youth, sports, religion class, religious services) provide leadership and the vision to a growing group of active members who work hard and are committed towards building a self-sustaining and strong community.
