I recently had cameras installed on my house. I am so VERY pleased. Gabriel was informative and thoroughly explained what systems were available when I initially called inquiring about a security camera system . Then Ivan came to my house to do a "walk around" to evaluate the best positions for installation. Ivan installed my system. He did an EXCELLENT job! He was fast, efficient, a really nice person and PATIENT ...especially when I had problems logging on to various sites so he could download the necessary apps.. I was AMAZED by the clarity of the videos...SUPERB! Trust me, I definitely would recommend TCI to anyone.


I spent about six months researching different camera systems which was pretty simple. The difficult part was finding an installer who could place the cameras exactly where I wanted them. After searching around I found TCI and they had great reviews. I ended up giving them a call and booking a consultation appointment. Mario showed up and right away he told me it would be no issue, they could install the cameras wherever I needed and there would be no wires showing. On the day of the installation about 5 guys showed up on time and got to work right away. They were extremely professionally, polite and cleaned up after themselves. The guys were there about 8 hours but they got the job done and I even got a walk through on the cameras and on how to navigate the app.These cameras were a little bit pricier than store bought cameras but for the professional installation it was well worth it. I have six cameras with zero wires showing. The job these guys did was awesome. I did have a minor issue with my camera settings but their tech support worked it out. I would highly recommend TCI Security Cameras in fact I already have.

HOA needed cameras for added security and TCI did a great work installing them. We needed a few proposals and TCI's proposal was very competitive in the market. On top of that they were very professional starting from site visit to the end of installation. Bobby's crew, who did the installation, were very professional and knowledgable. They in fact finished earlier than expected and provided great info on how to access the cameras. I would definitely recommend this team. Great job!

Like many reviews have mentioned, Gabriel and the crew at TCI are top notch professionals! They installed a 6 camera system over the course of 2 days, the first day for installation and the following day to double-check their work and ensure we knew how to navigate and use the app.Excellent experience overall. They were fast to respond to inquiry, provided detailed information to my follow-up questions, arrived on time, finished efficiently (it rained halfway thru the first day and they didn't cancel), ensured everything was in order, and graciously helped us a few weeks later when we needed help with the system. Highly recommended!

Been looking for a security system for my home and threw yelp I saw excellent reviews. I did shop around to get estimates with ADT, Vivint, SmartSafe, and other brands in the market that you would purchase and install yourself. Also, I went to YouTube for information on what would system's capabilities are from pros n cons. I chose not to get into contracts with a monitoring feature just because they are like the middleman..you already get notifications on your smartphone. A wired system installation was my choice plus other features it comes with...some wi-fi may have more but the downside is if the internet goes down cameras do too, and you would have to subscribe to a cloud with monthly fees and so forth.Gabriel was very informative and professional not pushy like other salesmen. I hired them to install a new wired system off the back and did not look any further for someone else. His team was punctual, professional, and all-around good hard-working people & will highly recommend them to friends n families with homes or businesses:0)I wish more success in this growing business to people like Gabriel At TCI.
