14 professional artists using sticks of pastel chalk will create works-of-art including eclectic, mesmerizing and breathtaking street paintings. Artists will utilize a size 6’ x 6’ space to create their chalk street painting.

NEW THIS YEAR: The Westlake S.C. Chalk Festival will also feature a "Youth Chalk Art Challenge” in which amateur student artists ages 14 through18 are invited to create their own chalk mural during the festival for a chance to win $200 worth of Westlake Shopping Center merchant gift cards.
