Qwslakarvises are easily the most researched Arvis by biologists worldwide. These creatures roll around by pushing off of one foot and landing on the foot on their head. Some rare Qwslakarvises are born with large feet, and can stand on one leg. However, they can’t really do anything else. These Qwslakarvises typically starve, which is bad, since it will cause their teeth to fall out.

Qwslakarvises eat dirt and other things during the split second they have with their mouth near the ground while rotating. They will also eat anything that flies into their mouth.

Everything they eat, if not digestible and convertible into energy, is thrown out through the eyes, which are actually holes with the pupil in the back.

As they rotate they also collect duct tape for reasons that will soon become apparent. Some theorize that the eyes are actually Vlzarvises, due to the shape, but this has been disproven. Notably, their eyes can shift on their face, which is why most depictions of Qwslakarvises are in profile, yet have two eyes facing towards the viewer. Qwslakarvises are born with lots of teeth, but they fall out VERY easily, and during the first few seconds of their life, they lose thousands of teeth.

After they only have one tooth left, they duct tape other things like rocks to their mouths to appear younger, as when a Qwslakarvis has no teeth, they die. Any other manner that Qwslakarvises might die makes their teeth fall out, such as starvation as mentioned above. However, as they die, they can say one message. Because their brains are so slow, the message is constantly traveling through their neurons as if on loop. Therefore, many Qwslakarvises choose to say something like “I’m still alive, guise!” to convince others that they are alive. Once the ruse is discovered, they are pushed into a fire pit. (Although chances are, a dead Qwslakarvis will just fall in on its own).


You might also notice that they are usually in a perpetual frown. This is because during the creation of the first Qwslakarvis, -14 was not added to a list of numbers on the board. The first Qwslakarvis was mad about this, so the frown was ingrained into Qwslakarvis DNA forever. Qwslakarvis is rated with an intelligence of 19 in the official Arvis Compendium, Arvises for Novices.

These three categories of creatures are often confused with each other, but believe me, there is a clear (meaningless) distinction.

In 2015, Snarvis was invented as a snail version of Travis, but the ‘r’ was added into his name for unknown reasons. This spawned an influx of Arvises a year later, including the notable creatures Fnarvis, Qwslakarvis, Zpslktarvis, Znarvis, Huueylzarvis, Glglglarvis, and many others, as well as the EVEN MORE NOTABLE creatures Mnarvis, Lnarvis, Rnarvis, Tstarvtarvis, Glznarvis, and Vlzarvis. Evil counterparts to the Arvises are known as Urvises, home to creatures such as Snurvis and Znurvis.

Now we get to the most relevant and important category of all. This category is home to the most amazing and relevant creatures, as described below. Airvises can alternatively be spelled Arevises, to conform to creatures such as Snarevis and Rarevis.

Chairvis: It’s just a chair. The most amazing of airvises, Chairvis has innumerable uses such as sitting. One dactalion philosopher member said: “I… support chairvises,” while another said “Chairvises are the most idiotic thing imaginable, and they should all die.” Obviously, this member was promptly removed from the Dactalion Philosophers.
