Lori did an excellent job watching our elderly pets (cat 12, dog 15)! Lori was very professional and courteous as well as lovely to work with. Lori was very attentive to their needs and gave them their many medications they required over the course of 6 days while my wife and I were on vacation. It was very difficult finding someone who specialized in taking care of senior pets but Lori was the perfect fit. She was extremely responsive throughout the entire process and treated our pets as if they were her own and really cared for them. She also provided daily updates on how the pets were doing while we were away to let us know they were doing well including pics and videos.
