Just wanted to share how much I appreciated the kind and responsive service I received by connecting with Michael Abunda. My mother arrived from out of town for a visit and forgot her charging device for her hearing aids. I had no idea how to get them working so I called the store closest to me (San Bruno) and I learned that sometimes people 'trade in' their older equipment for newer devices. Michael was able to find compatible charger that I was able to use to charge my mom's hearing aids; what a relief.
