4worldlovers: I signed up for the broker review Course with Duane Gomer. Both the written materials and the on line tests were perfect for my studying. I took the crash course on line as well and picked up great stuff for my test. I am proud to say I passed the first time. I was in line at the test site with others coming for a 2nd time but they did not use the same course. I did exactly what they suggested and found many of the same or similar questions on the test as was in practice. I highly recommend the course.

I signed up for the crash course because two Realtors recommended it to me. I went the day before the exam but I got the books two weeks before. I reviewed the materials with the books and did the text before going to the crash course... The class was really well structured. She went fast but making sure every term was clear and understood. She is just amazing, I can only say THANK YOU!!

I passed! Of course, I still studied after I attended the crash course, but I'm sure I passed because I attended the crash course prior to my exam. Great fast paced crash course. Gave me a good feel for what to really focus on for the exam. I attended the crash course and took the exam a week later. After I attended the crash course I reviewed the flash cards and practice test for each chapter (2 chapters per day). 2 days before my exam I reviewed all of the simulated tests.

Just started taking online real estate courses here. Seems like the school is pretty organized. Spoke to representatives Grace and Carol on separate occasions, they are very helpful! Carol gave me excellent advice about how to approach the course to save myself time and frustration.

Duane Gomer's training is AMAZING! He makes learning the material fun, entertaining, and educational. I have attended his 8 hour Continuing Education class 4 years in a row. The first two years I had Joffrey Long, and the most recent two years I had Duane himself. Both speakers are great, and I recommend them both.

I just took my 8 hours renewal class for NMLS on Friday, July 13. Duane Gomer -- live and in color -- was the speaker. He was fantastic like the other teachers that have presented. It's all so informative, lively, and fun (yes, it's even fun). I love how the day flies by, I learn a ton and pass the test "open book" at the end. I meet a bunch of nice people.
