We offer effective clinical outpatient assessments and psychological care for individual adults. We treat a number of mental health disorders but what we do best is work with you to support your goals to develop better coping skills. Learning and developing better coping skills can lead to improved relationships at home and at work, decrease codependent, non-productive behavior, feeling less reactive, and better manage anxiety and depression. We offer a neutral, safe space in which to process your thoughts and feelings, develop inner awareness, value your inner strengths, improve areas of weakness, and ultimately, bring about positive and lasting change.

Our classes provide educational information for participants to learn sensible and relevant techniques. First, to normalize feelings of anger; and rather than react negatively with undesirable behavior, have a "go to," well-practiced technique ready. Anger is a normal emotion; on par with happy, sad, and fear. It's how we react in that emotion that can lead to problems. Learning better coping skills in dealing with anger can promote positive and lasting change that ultimately improves personal and working relationships. Our program was approved by The Orange County Probation Department in 2012 and meets all Court requirements. Classes are co-ed, LGBTQIA-friendly/affirming.
