4worldlovers: This special class will be held on the third Saturday of each month. Every month we will explore Buddha’s teachings that will grow our wisdom, deepen our compassion and acquaint our mind with powerful meditations that will move us closer and closer to a peaceful mind and real happiness. We will learn how to access the power of our own mind and become familiar with methods to free ourselves and wake up to our true potential. We may even begin to believe that enlightenment is possible!

In this half day retreat we will ask some very big questions. Normally we don’t take the time to ask these questions because we are preoccupied with many daily questions that need to be answered. They are important, too. But Buddha was very interested in big questions about the nature of our experience and the difference between the material world and the immaterial world. By learning what Buddha taught we will begin to ask and perhaps answer some of these BIG and meaningful questions. Just looking at things differently and thinking bigger will shift our perspective and put problems into perspective.

Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche explains in his text, Modern Buddhism, that “The universal compassion accomplished through the practice of Sutra teachings, and the wisdom of Mahamudra Tantra accomplished through the practice of Tantric teachings, are like the two wings of a bird. Just as both wings are equally important for a bird to fly, so both Sutra and Tantra are equally important for practitioners seeking enlightenment.” Become acquainted with these precious teachings and explore the ultimate path that Buddha prepared for us. This introductory retreat will reveal the special methods and purpose of Tantra to inspire us and guide us on the path.

Our Aerial Yoga classes like no other in Orange County. Aerial Yoga is a type of yoga which uses a hammock or yoga swing to allow students to perform postures that they may not ordinarily be able to attempt on the yoga mat. It is often also referred to as AntiGravity yoga. It combines traditional yoga with moves inspired by Pilates, dance and acrobatics. Aerial Yoga is particularly beneficial because it has a decompressing effect on the body.

Starting from the ground up by moving with your new dance partner, ‘The Pole’, you will learn beginner pole, dance and floor moves. These moves will improve your coordination and fitness both aerobically and anaerobically. You will also learn how to incorporate these moves, which tighten and tone your body, into your first routine. Pole fitness classes are a fun, artistic fitness workout. All fitness levels are welcome, and no dance experience is required.

Burlesque Dance is for you who have no or little experience with Burlesque. Really! No dancing experience is required – but we encourage you to bring a smile and a eagerness to learn! During this class you will be taught the art of Burlesque. You will also learn more about yourself and your body after this amazing dance class. Most of our students leave every class with a smile on their face and a fantastic feeling in their bodies and we hope you will do to.

Ready to get fit and feel your best with Belly Dancing? The objective of our Belly Dancing classes in Orange County are that you leave feeling empowered. Most importantly, learning about the art of Egyptian Belly Dancing and feeling much more confident with yourself. This class is inclusive to all genders and backgrounds and does not require prior dance experience. We strive to build a community that embraces our differences and show support to one another. Come have fun, shimmy and shake the stress off with this interactive cultural experience.

The Herbaculture teachers are extremely knowledgeable and really pay attention to your form and offer adjustments. They also offer CBD lotion prior to your practice and have Himalayan Salt wall columns throughout the studio. Some OC Yoga studios can be a bit intimidating but not Herbaculture, you feel right at home!

Beautiful studio, wonderful group of people with all backgrounds in yoga and health and wellness. They are very knowledgeable in the fields they work with and kind and caring. My absolute favorite part of this beautiful studio is their Himalayan salt light. It is beautiful and provides and amazing Drishti point of focus. I found the studio to be calming and beautiful.
