Learning theory is also guaranteed by the use of The Music Factory's proven drum method book and testing program. All of our drum teachers in Costa Mesa have real life performance experience and create tailored drumming lessons designed to improve any student's drumming skills. We are always aiming to have happy learners. Teachers are encouraged to be members of professional music teachers organizations.

The curriculum is designed specifically with the student in mind. When ready, many students participate in annual organized evaluations, such as the MTAC CM program or RCM Certificate program and follow the course of study for that program. Whether studying piano, guitar, voice strings or winds, lessons feature a comprehensive program of study.

Each student is placed with the teacher that is best suited for that student's needs and goals. With their teachers' guidance, students set goals each year and are provided the resources and support to achieve those goals. Student progress is reviewed annually to ensure that students are making the desired progress.

Each student receives a free "preview lesson" to determine the best format.

Participating in annual performances from recitals to third party examinations helps to boost student confidence, and allows students to share their music with the community.
