We commonly call this center an Ashram. An ashram is a non-denominational place where people find peace and fulfillment with the help of spiritual teachers. Participants can enjoy activities like yoga, meditation, and empowerment groups.

With all the health and fitness options in the modern world, it’s more important than ever to spend our time wisely with a yoga practice that stretches the entire body, tones the muscles, increases oxygen to all organs, decreases stress, and many other benefits. Yoga goes back 5000 years and has extended the lives and helped prevent illnesses for millions of people, and it has even improved their relationships. Yoga improves our immunity system, promotes overall health and fitness, and even self-healing. It also relaxes the mind, allowing us to have more energy, greater focus, self-awareness and concentration. Our Yoga classes are offered at all levels, from beginners and seniors, to advanced. There are several types of yoga, including Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. Hatha Yoga is a series of stress relieving exercises focusing on the control of breathing. Ashtanga Yoga focuses on posture for beginners and promotes better concentration and self-purification.

Yoga classes are open for all levels : Beginners, Seniors, and Intermediate. Open and Advanced. This class is fit for everyone, from those with no prior yoga or experience to serious practitioners. Each class begins with gentle stretching leading to classic Hatha yoga in a comfortable environment.

Drive through the gate into the Divine Yoga Ashram or park in the lot next door. Leave your shoes at the door and have a seat on the carpet(or in a chair). There's no charge, and any small donation is fine. Come a few minutes early to meet everyone-we look forward to seeing you.
