The archery range at Mile Square Regional Park is available to the public, free of charge. The 6.7-acre range features 24 shooting lanes beneath a continuous shade structure, targets, bow racks, perimeter fencing, north orientation and a 20-foot safety berm. The range is the largest in Orange County.


Open target lanes are available on a first-come, first-served basis between the hours of 7 a.m. and sunset, daily. Use of the range is free, archers must bring their own equipment.

Join us every Tuesday night at 6:30PM for our weekly club shooting event under the lights! Become a member by filling out our Registration Form and paying club dues in person.

Trident Archery is a group of recreational and competitive archers who have a love and passion for the sport of archery.

Some of our students have gone on to win state and national titles. Others have become expert bow hunters and regularly trek into the wilderness. Many participate recreationally and shoot simply for the thrill. At Trident, we'll guide you to where you want to go - one arrow at a time.

Safety is our number one priority. From day one our archers are taught how to handle their equipment and shoot in a safe and comfortable manner while on the range. Archery is documented as the third safest sport in the United States, and Trident Archery takes pride in helping maintain that status.

Archery can be either exciting or boring depending on your personal experience with it. Trident Archery instills fun into its teaching.

All Trident Archery coaches and instructors are certified through USA Archery and have also completed Safesport Certification. While our training is based in the US Archery National Training System, we treat each archer as an individual and adapt their shooting form to what works best for them.

We have archers from ages 8 all the way up into their 60s and 70s who compete on a regular basis. Many times at state and national tournaments you will encounter archers even older! We'll help you get started into a lifelong sport.
