We had a very unusual part that failed on our Whirlpool washing machine and he was here quite a while due to the age of the machine. He took his time to make sure the repair was done properly. The charges were fair and I didn't feel that it was excessive considering how long the tech was here. I like to do repairs around the house, but this was over my head. I would definitely use them for other repairs. They really seem to know what they are doing. Their office seems very busy, and I did have to call to remind them I needed service, but they were very responsive after my second call. That would be my only negative, but the overall experience was very positive, can't say enough about Tony...he was great!
