Contacted OC mobile Bike to help me with some extensive upgrades for my son's Specialized Stumpjumper mountain bike. Steve Krisch (owner) was extremely responsive to my online request and called me within 20 minutes. I explained that I was working with my son on upgrading the drivetrain, bottom bracket, cranks, controllers and trading out stock wheels for carbon hoops and there were a few things that I was not 100% comfortable doing myself as I'm not a trained bike tech. He assured me that he could come out to my location and assist us in doing the upgrades properly and more importantly he would be willing to walk my son and I through the process and even let us do some of the work.
