He helps his clients understand the psychological and mental components of boxing that often get neglected in training. His expertise goes beyond boxing, he also has experience in personal group training and adult fitness classes.

Coach Stephanie has a passion for administration and coaching. This is one of the reasons why she is our Director and Kid's Boxing Assistant Coach.

Stephanie has been coaching in some form or another as far back as she can remember. She began karate at the young age of 5 and gained her black belt in no time. She then started helping teach the younger beginner kids her skills and helped with many demonstrations until she was in high school.

After college, Stephanie coached Track and Field for her old high school, all while keeping her job in administration. With 11 years of administrative experience and multiple years of coaching different sports, Stephanie has always dreamed of a day when both of her passions would collide.
