The coaches, members, other challengers and owner have ALL been super supportive and helpful. Once you’ve made it to the class you’ll see how fast and fun it was and look forward to the next and the next. I haven’t been this happy and healthy in over 5 years and I’m not even half way to my goals. Challenge yourself and do it, become a Transformer.


My favorite hobby is to travel, the beach and being outdoors. My favorite healthy food is Peruvian Ceviche and my favorite cheat meal a burger with fries, yum! My favorite part of the body to train is my Legs and Glutes. Things I love saying during class: Go! Go! Go! to the beat of the song and, Give Me One More Rep! You can do this!!!
