One of THE best Thai places in the bay. Thiccc richhhh flavour. Soups and curries are thick (vs watery) and multi dimensional. Mouth watering lip smacking good. *dab* the staff is very friendly and their chef(s) -talented.

Let's talk Thai. We all have our favorites - pad thai, pad see ew, pineapple fried rice, curry, the list goes on. No matter what your favorite is, I can almost guarantee that you will not only find it here, but also absolutely love it. Koon Thai Kitchen is my personal go-to for my Thai food cravings when I'm in the San Diego area. My personal favorites are their moo duo platter (which is an assortment of pork in a sweet savory sauce) and their pad see ew - both classic Thai dishes, but made extremely well here. The portions are quite sizable that I find myself always with leftovers (perfect for a second meal). Of note, my spice tolerance is practically non-existent. These dishes are in my wheelhouse, and I find them both enjoyable and flavorful. Now, if you are a spice lover, then fear not. They definitely don't skimp on the spice here, so your tongue will be in good hands. All in all, if you love Thai food, then you should definitely check out Koon Thai Kitchen!

I've only ever had the Pad Thai here but it's so good I have no reason to try anything else.

I love, love,love this place the food is always wonderful and the staff are so accommodating and nice. We order for company lunches and they come in early to accommodate the time. The food is always hot and ready at pick up and they helped me load my car. Go and enjoy the food, the green curry is delicious as well as the pad Thai and egg plant. Yummm yum yumm
