5 Stars! If you’re ready to make the change and accept the challenge, this is the place for you. . TFX was EXACTLY what I needed. The coaches, members, other challengers and owner have ALL been super supportive and helpful. Once you’ve made it to the class you’ll see how fast and fun it was and look forward to the next and the next. I haven’t been this happy and healthy in over 5 years and I’m not even half way to my goals. Challenge yourself and do it, become a Transformer.
My favorite hobby is to travel, the beach and being outdoors. My favorite healthy food is Peruvian Ceviche and my favorite cheat meal a burger with fries, yum! My favorite part of the body to train is my Legs and Glutes. Things I love saying during class: Go! Go! Go! to the beat of the song and, Give Me One More Rep! You can do this!!!
My favorite hobby is Hiking, and my favorite healthy food is Avocado. My cheat meal is quesadillas! And I love working my arms, Upper Body day is my favorite day at TFX! My favorite quote is : “Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway”
