Change is happening at Pinwheel Pediatrics. Pinwheel Pediatrics has joined UCSF Benioff Children’s Physicians (UBCP) as an employed practice. Dr. Beatty, Dr. Burgham, Meaghan NP, and our staff will continue to provide the high-quality, personalize care you have always received from us. Additionally, we will continue to accept the same insurances including, but not limited to Blue Shield, Blue Cross, Aetna, UHC, Cigna, HealthNet, Tricare and John Muir. This change comes with some benefits that we hope our patients will enjoy. We will be transitioning to electronic medical records and you will be able to access patient information via MyChart and be able to message the office and providers directly. Our office has undergone a little renovation and we hope you enjoy the new look!

Ryan Tracy, M.D., F.A.A.P. graduated from the University of Colorado Medical School. He completed his pediatric training at the University of Florida, Gainesville. Dr. Tracy enjoys running, biking, traveling and all outdoor activities.

Lucia Yang, M.D., F.A.A.P. completed her pediatric training at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School of New Jersey. In addition to her MD Degree, she earned a Masters of Public Health in China and PhD in Laboratory Science at the University of Kansas. Her husband is an internist, she has a son and a daughter.

Wesley Taft, M.D., F.A.A.P. relocated back to the Eastbay after serving 7 years in the Air Force. He completed his pediatric training at Lackland AFB in San Antonio Texas. Dr. Taft also has a Masters Degree in Public Health. He enjoys skiing, hiking, scuba diving and playing the piano & trombone.

Kaitlin Warren, CNP, RN after graduating from UCSB, Kaitlin received her Nurse Practitioner degree at Columbia University in New York. She moved back to her hometown of Pleasant Hill. She enjoys running marathons, traveling, baking and reading. Kaitlin has two adorable cats Penny & Finn.
