Yaniv has always had an unsurpassed passion for pita. He loved it so much that he took over his favorite pita bakery in Walnut Creek right out of high school. This is where he mastered the craft of baking the best pita. Eric Huber always had a passion for growing concepts and motivating teams to perform at their best. The two came together to launch the very first Gotta Eatta Pita in Danville in 2013. From the start, people traveled far and wide to satisfy their cravings for fresh pitas and healthy Mediterranean specialties. The glowing online reviews inspired Yaniv and Eric to expand their concept and open additional stores in Pleasant Hill, Pleasanton, & San Jose.
