I’m a fierce birth advocate. I can’t shut up about birth and how to best support physiological birth in the hospital. Because the hospital system is NOT set up for moms to have positive and powerful birth experiences- that’s what I’m here for.


My goal is to educate you on physiological birth, what our bodies are capable of, the risks and benefits of the hospital birth, alternatives to the cascade of interventions, how to advocate for yourself, the unique tools to manage unmedicated birth, and why your body wants you to birth unmedicated.

We’re here to become part of your support system as your baby and family continue to grow. We offer classes for your baby and toddler (like yoga and sign language), wellness and fitness classes for you, community support circles, and workshops. We are the only class center in the East Bay Area and we’re here for you.


As your guide, I’m not here to choose your path. Instead, I am here to be a reassuring presence and to help you navigate your course. I’ve brought together an amazingly skilled and dedicated team of doulas and educators to help you along your parenting journey.


When people have choice and control over their body, it positively impacts their birthing experiences. Childbirth education is one of the best ways to take back control, to become informed of your choices, and to know what is best for yourself and your baby. We’re honored to be your support team.

“I took a Hypnobirthing class with Isadora and it was everything I hoped for and more! The class made me feel so much more relaxed and confident for my upcoming home birth. The class material makes a lot of intuitive sense. It's not a lecture that sounds foreign to you and you have to forcefully memorize. It's also not things that most women (including me) would realize on their own after being conditioned by society/media our entire lives to believe birth and hypnosis are a certain way. It was effortless learning but so so so helpful. For the ladies who may be hesitant because of the term "hypnosis", I don't really see how it's different than deep meditation. Eastern religions have been preaching the spiritual benefits of deep meditation for a very very long time and lots of folks in the medical profession believe in the mind-body connection. Isadora was a wonderful instructor! She's passionate about the spiritual aspect of birth and it shines through with the encouragement and dedication she brings. She's always happy to connect outside of class and promptly sends useful additional resources after each class. She also tailored the classes to be more relevant to the style of birth the class participants were having and the questions we asked. She also has a calm nature which means she doesn't rush through material too fast and the meditation scripts she read would deeply penetrate. We had a fear release session that was so powerful it actually caused a physical reaction from me. I was very impressed.”
