4worldlovers: After being in an accident 9 months ago. I wanted to try and get back into working out. This kickboxing sounds intense, but I was welcomed with open arms and able to go at my own pace. I’m excited to attend more classes.


I did the 6 week challenge here and had an amazing experience with all the coaches. I quickly was able to loose body fat and get in great shape!

I thoroughly enjoy iLoveKickboxing-Concord classes! I'm just starting to get back into regularly exercising after a 5-year break and iLoveKickboxing-Concord always provides challenging, yet engaging classes. These classes push me to be active in ways that I didn't know was possible and I actually leave the class more energized than I was before! Plus, the music playlist is always fire! Being a member of iLoveKickboxing-Concord has given me something to look forward to during the pandemic and helps me combat my shelter-in-place weight gain. After about two months of taking weekly classes, I'm noticing that my energy levels and strength have improved and I look forward to seeing how much more growth I can achieve as I still have a long way to go before I reach my fitness goals. I highly recommend joining if you want to take control of your health and enhance your athletic abilites!
