BBT's pre-professional Studio Company dancers share their passion for dance through performances in BBT's annual programming as well as collaborations with organizations including SF Girls Chorus, Berkeley Symphony, and BAMPFA.

4worldlovers: We are a two part organization. Benicia Ballet, Inc. is the school run separately from the Benicia Ballet Theatre, a 501(c)(3) non-profit. The school provides dance instruction in a nurturing environment for all ages. Benicia Ballet Theatre, the non-profit was established to provide support for the performing aspects and outreach arm of our program.

Stay tuned! Benicia Ballet Theatre will soon launch its 2023 - 2024 season with open auditions for our annual production of The Nutcracker. The show will feature the talents of over 60 student dancers aged 3 to 18.

BBT is a 501c3 organization. All funds raised go to support our programs. The best way to support BBT and get benefits in return is to become a member or sponsor of BBT.

Benefits include access to the ticket pre-sale for both performances at the membership level to complimentary tickets to performances.

4worldlovers: The Contra Costa Ballet Centre’s programs offers the finest ballet and dance training in the East Bay of California. Our students train with our world-class faculty from their first encounters with music and movement to becoming accomplished professional dancers. Serving Walnut Creek, CA since 1967, our alumni have gone on to dance professionally around the world. Offering classes for children ages 5 -18 plus adult ballet and open ballet classes.

Our company dancers perform in three professionally produced performances each year. Our dancers are coached in featured roles by our world-class faculty.

Oakland Ballet Company is seeking male and female identifying dancers of all backgrounds and ethnicities for the 2023-2024 Season for the professional company. Candidates should have a strong classical and contemporary ballet foundation, partnering experience, and versatility in movement styles.

Applicants should be 18 or over and can work legally in the United States. Positions available with a 22 week contract.
