We absolutely loved having our wedding at 21 F Street. We could not have asked for a more perfect venue. The owner is delightful and full of ideas, and she was so helpful in helping us put together our wedding day details. She was also great about helping us stay within our budget. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept, and the house itself has been restored to its original glory. If you are looking for a historic home with incredible character and charm, we highly recommend 21 F Street!

4worldlovers: Good for events, buildings and field are kept clean, right off the highway so easy to locate. Been here for a couple of events, and everyone was happy and having a good time. The staff has been friendly and attentive. Looks like it could use a bit more parking space in case of really big events, but I'm sure it's still enough for most.

La Hacienda is our beautiful rustic outdoor, farm-house venue perfect for memorable weddings, quinceañera, and private parties. Nova33 Event Center is our classic indoor venue suitable for banquets, birthday celebrations, weddings, Quinceñeras and more. Last but not least, El Viñedo is our smaller venue, ideal for intimate social gatherings such as bridal and baby showers.

Built in 1926, this historic building still serves as the meeting place for the Chula Vista Woman's Club, and is primarily used as a facility for meetings, receptions and other private parties of up to 200 people.

Reservations are taken at the Parkway Community Center, 373 Park Way (one block from Woman's Club). Tours are offered and can be requested at Parkway Community Center.

The Chula Vista Woman's Club has many opportunities to meet your facility use needs. We have rooms available for meetings and events.

For a more efficient process in reserving a facility fill out the following forms and bring them with you when you make your reservation. All reservations are made at the office of the recreation facility that you are reserving.

Once application is approved, you will need to secure your date with $100.00 non-refundable payment that will go towards your rental fees. The final fee payment is due 21 days prior to your event.

You must include set up/take down times in your rental request. You will not be permitted to enter room until start of rental.
