Dr. Peter Rullan has been in private practice in Chula Vista since 1983. He is married and has four children. He was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. His father’s family is French-Spanish from Majorca, and his mother’s is Ukrainian-Polish from New York. He is one of 20 physicians in his family over the last four generations.


Dr. Jennifer Rullan, daughter of Dr. Peter Rullan, is a Board Certified Dermatologist and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (FAAD). She is fully bilingual in Spanish. Known for her comprehensive examinations as well as artistic eye, Dr. Rullan is committed to providing her patients with the best options to restore, maintain, and rejuvenate their appearance.

Board certified Physician Assistant, Born in Michigan, came to California in 2015 to practice dermatology. She earned Bachelors of Biology at Oakland University in Michigan and her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies at Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA. She has worked 4 years in family practice and urgent care where she acquired a broad experience in general medicine.

Jackie McKesey, MD MS is a is a received her Medical Degree from Georgetown University, where she also earned her Master’s Degree in Physiology and Biophysics. At Georgetown, she received numerous academic awards and earned the prestigious title of Valedictorian. Dr. McKesey grew up in Washington, DC, and also has family roots in Belize and Los Angeles. Her love of medicine and physiology was born as an undergraduate at UCLA (Go Bruins!).

Elizabeth Schaut, MPAS, PA-C, was born and raised in southeastern Wisconsin where she graduated at the top of her high school class as valedictorian. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Physician Assistant Studies degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
