First of all, they limit the number of people in the store. I did wait outside for a few minutes, but it wasn't bad. From there they are careful to wear masks and make sure their customers are wearing secure masks. They take your temperature when you walk in the door and they sanitize surfaces between customers. Eric was knowledgeable about the shoes, knowing which ones would suit my needs best: efficient in helping me and others simultaneously making sure that everybody got attention; courteous and friendly and (this is important) not pushy. I tried on four pairs of shoes. One pair was great and though the others didn't work forme, Eric told me to check the website as they will be getting in more styles in September. He also said that if I like the look of a certain item they can bring it in and I can come try it on, no obligation to buy as he said they would sell it to somebody else if not to me.
