We lived here for 5 years (just moved out last week) and it has been the best experience! I highly recommend Heroes to everyone. The maintenance guys are on the ball, always kind and patient with my kids, the ladies at the clubhouse are friendly and helpful. Our house was perfect in every way. We would move back in a heartbeat if we had the option. The neighbors are perfection. We made so many friends over the years. The whole neighborhood is full of young kids, my two kids loved meeting kids at the parks.

I saw a few reviews about move out fees but after FIVE years in the same house, all we had to pay was $20 for flee treatment (because we had a cat) so if you take care of your house, you'll be fine.
