Our full-time Activities Director works hard to keep the good times rolling with recreation opportunities like fun themed weekends, jam-packed activity packages and game areas to challenge your family and friends. Pool: What is a holiday without some pool time? Our pool is open all year round and is the perfect place for swimming or enjoying a good book poolside.


Jumping Pillow: Let your kids or grandkids bounce out all their energy with the 3,500 square foot Jumping Pillows. Two Jumping Pillows are available for different age groups.

Hot tub and sauna: Unwind and soak in the hot tub or relax and re-energize yourself in the sauna.

Sand Castle Café: Enjoy a delicious meal while the kids build sand castles on the boardwalk. The café serves farm-to-table style dining — a must-visit when staying at our campground.

Chula Vista Elks is a non-profit community service organization. We offer temporary RV parking to traveling Elk Members. No reservations needed, first come, first served. Group reservations welcome.

Upon check-in you may be asked to provide a valid ID, and a certificate of insurance and registration for your camper. Members should also have their membership card on hand.

Guests aged 18 years and under at the time of check-in are considered children.

Daily and weekly reservations: for cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited up to one night rack rate.

Extended stays: For long-term reservations (28 days or longer), we allow full refunds for cancellations up to 60 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, the deposit amount will be held on account for a future stay.

Cell phone service is intermittent and WiFi is not available throughout the park. We cannot guarantee coverage.

Please be prepared to show valid driver's license, proof of current insures, and current registration when checking in. Cell coverage is limited, so please screenshot your insurance prior to arrival to expedite your check-in.

All our RV campsites include water and electric. There are a limited number that also include sewer. As a result, sewer sites are first come, first served and are not guaranteed with your reservation.

Set below Spooner’s Mesa – roughly a mile south of the Tijuana River and east of the Pacific Ocean – this unique 79-acre campground offers breathtaking views of the valley, with connections to over 20 miles of trails enjoyed by hikers, bikers and equestrians. It contains a nature education center, 51 primitive campsites and is also the first County campground to offer yurts – covered camping spaces with doors, windows, bed frames and room for six to 10 people. It also features an amphitheater, nature play and a volunteer pad for 24-hour maintenance and support. This campground is the latest addition to an already robust 1,800-acre park property – which features 22 and a half miles of trails, a bird and butterfly garden, a 200-plot community garden and five ballfields.
