My wife and I found Luis doing research online about a year ago, back then we were looking for an architect that could take our ideas of building and ADU a reality. Luis answered all of our questions/concerns that we had about building the ADU, including the process about paying fees to the city and various utilities. Our idea was to build the ADU in a Design-Bid-Build system, and that is where Luis fits in perfectly. He helped us with the Design portion of the construction.
