Our restaurant offers both traditional Japanese and global cuisine and gives them a twist of San Diego flavor by having “glocalization” be at our fore front. We’re using local and fresh ingredients to set up a stylish and newly established Japanese noodle restaurant. Ayaka was born in Nagoya, Japan. She began living abroad when she was 16 in Canada and from there continued to Hawaii and South Korea for several more years; experiencing many diverse cultures and lifestyles along the way.

This place is a hidden jewel, I went here for lunch with my co workers. The service was absolutely amazing. Nothing but smile as soon as we all walked in. The food was A+ can't go wrong with anything on the menu!!! I'll definitely add this spot to my rotation!!!
