It is my first e-bike 2. Brakes are kind of important 3. I have no previous experience with e-bike brakes & no idea how intense that kind of job would be. Alex came out to my house to service the bike, and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the brake issue in no time & got me back on the road. He also serviced the bike and showed me some troubleshooting tips. Pricing was very reasonable and I will absolutely use them for my future services/upgrades.
