I was recommended by The Realty Academy by someone at the brokerage now. I took the class in early February & I studied with the portal that Armando has for around 3 weeks. I took the exam & passed! I do recommend the live class but be sure that it is around 8 hours (with an 1.5 hour-ish break). It is worth it!
