Meet Meredith Lapides! She is the Center Director at Mary Alice O'Connor Family Center in Burbank, California. Meredith attended Los Angeles Valley College, where she earned an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Development. She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Child and Adolescence Development from California State University. She joined the KinderCare team in 2021 and was a preschool director previously. Outside of work, Meredith enjoys hiking, yoga, meditation, being outdoors, and spending time with her family. Together they like cooking and playing board games.
