I've been going for a couple of years now and LOVE being a part of this gym. The coaches are great and make you feel like family.

A great gym to get in shape and get better at boxing. The trainers are very knowledgeable and always there to greet and help, providing great customer service. The gym is clean and the bathroom is well kept. Everyone seems to enjoy the class and it’s a fun environment where we are pushed to be our best. I could feel myself losing weight, especially belly fat already, after a couple weeks!

I had tons of fun at Bakersfield Boxing, the gym teaches both discipline and basic fundamentals of boxing. I would definitely recommend taking a lesson from Coach Melvin. He pushed me to work harder while at the same time assuring me I was doing great. I felt very comfortable while getting my workout in which is hard to do in most gyms. I can't wait to head out there next week for my personal class.

Have been too a few gyms in Bakersfield and La as well, have been in and out the last 2 years and do private lessons with Coach James here which has been the best decision yet. Would love to see the place continue to grow ! Very welcoming staff and positive attitudes towards each and everyone. Coach James is very supportive and caring with me and everyone else he knows. Very unique technique going on here with my private lessons. Overall 10/10 I couldn't find anywhere better when I tries and so I had to come back to the best

Coach Vince is the best boxing coach in bakersfield. He's very patient, no bs, gets you up to speed on what you need and makes it fun. He coached my son and myself and we have been pleased with the results. He has a huge heart and Anyone would be happy to train with him.

Champions academy is is a top notch boxing gym. Coach Vince and Coach Sebastian are very profesional. They take pride in teaching students discipline, boxing skills, self confidence, and personal growth. Young people feel welcomed in a peaceful environment.
