We started the process of this project in May, with supply issues we couldn't get started till mid November. Even though that happened our POC was very attentive and kept great communication. The process took a total of 2 days and it all went smoothly. The 3 man crew was so fast and efficient and even cleaned the best they could afterwards. I will definitely be using them for my other bathroom. Great company, just need patience for things out of their control.
