    4worldlovers: I have been a customer of AT&T for well over a decade. I have five lines. We went and did our next plan upgrade for 3 iPhone 14 pro max phones. iPhone one of the phones bought on Friday is not working correctly the front facing camera is glitching. FacedID won’t work. The phone overheats and crashes and it won’t hold a charge for a day. We come back with the phone on Tuesday. We were told that the manager is the only one who can help and to come back. We come back today (Wednesday) and are told that we would have to pay a $55 re-stocking fee and that is our only choice. Dont buy from them. I won’t be staying a customer if they cannot support the products that they sell. Horrible customer service. The manager was ‘too busy’ to come out and help and worried about the stores audit tomorrow. Zero stars. Do not recommend. Total rip off. Buyer beware.
