Our teachers may tutor at DLC in addition to working in a traditional classroom or as substitute teachers or reading/math specialists for school districts in East Contra Costa County. They may be recognized from the high school mathematics lab or be known as resource teachers, administrators or librarians. Some have even “retired” but found that they miss the challenges and satisfaction that comes with helping students learn.
