The Delta Energy Center is a highly efficient combined-cycle facility with advanced air emissions control technologies located in Pittsburg, California. It is a natural gas-fired, combined-cycle power plant consisting of three combustion turbines, three heat recovery steam generators and one steam turbine.

To provide mutual benefits to the Delta and Los Medanos Energy Centers, the local communities and the local sanitation district, Calpine built a state-of-the-art recycled water facility.
